can't belive so little people have been talking about this, it would be great if someone would make an I-400, its around 1.5-2 times as big as most WWII submarines and i believe it carried 2 or 3 Sieren recon/bomber/fighter planes, it also had 8 torp tubes in the front, hope someone makes this. heres a pic showing the paint scheme and over all design.

This would be a great opportunity for someone to make a "carrier deck" launch rail for the float plane. It could spawn there, launch then recover on the sea alongside the sub. Great idea!

Heck yeah!!!! Saw a documentary about I400 and it's sister ship.
They where supposed to bomb the Panama canal by a kamikazi mission but the war ended and they ended up in the hands of the Americans. The Americans didn't want the technology ending up in Soviet hands, so after analyzing they sunk the to subs along with other Japanese subs!!! It was considered that the Japanese had the most advanced submarine navy in the world at that time!!!

If it's going to be build then the correct aircraft should be build aswell ( Aichi M6A Seiran )
This would be great for Pacific 1946 campaigns and missions!!!

for that we would have to had Pac1946 planes... and we have still 1 and another in the work. Also we have no Seiran for the I400 pac1946 will still take a long time I think :-?
