Hyperlobby interface problem
#1

Hello,

Here's what it looks like when I open Hyperlobby. I have not found an answer to this in the FAQ section or the hyperlobby manual. Any Ideas?

Is this the correct forum? Shouldn't you be asking on the HL forum?

You mean on the Hyperlobby website? Sure I'll ask it there as well. If anyone here can help that would be nice too.

Edit: I just tried there and I can't seem to open their forum or activate an account. I get the following message; Sorry, this Module isn't active

Edit #2: Looks like the HL forum has been down for a while. It says this on their news page; Hello all. I had to deactivate today the Hyperlobby forum due to technical issues. I am working on resolving these issues as soon as I can, however it will require a bit of time.

That is the interface I have, I use Vista

I am not complaining because I am still able to get online and shoot people.

I also use Vista, maybe we're on to something here. I can also get connected. If the problem is fixable it would be good though.

did hear of this fix for folk that "lost" their HL buttons.

Quote:For Vista or Win7 users;
Go into your HL folder and look for the program's "skins.ini" open it with notepad and change all entries using three "dots" i.e., "..." (without the parenthesis), to ".." (two dots).
This restores the appearance of the HL GUI so that the buttons are once again visible.
