My Problem is that I have 4.09m with U.P.2.0 and my friends I always fly with they still have 4.08. My question is: Is there any possibility to switch down from 4.09m to 4.08 without removing 4.09m?

No, once you installed the 4.09m patch, you can't go back. Why don't you get your friends to update to 4.09m?
