Yes finally ! I found my problem ( one missing file ) and now everything work 
But the UP2 mod is corrupted...

Did you download UP 2.0 or did you Torrent it ?
Regular large downloads can become corrupted, but a Torrent does not become corrupted (unless the original file is corrupted). A Torrent download may be slower, but it is effective because of it's not corruption and you can start the Torrent download and walk away from it (fire and forget) until it has completed the download.

I have reinstalled Il-2 1946, I patched it in 4.08 and then in 4.09m and finally I installed the UP2 and EVERYTHING WORKS
Now I have only one more question : How can I install additionnal planes with the UP2 ?
