Hi!

Please, help me to insert my photo in the Pilot Roster (Dinamic Campaingn mode). I've followed the instructions on the ReadmePF with no success. I resized my photo (taken by Life Cam in W&B) to 192x256 pixels and converted to BMP but I couldn't change the Color Intensity to 8 bits (like the other photos in DGen). Is this the problem? If so, how can I do that? Do you know a light program to perform this?
