I dont have joystick support on San`s IL2 FOV changer .Its the latest version with joystick support.
i dont get to work, only buttons work. I run W7 64bit

Try plugging in the joystick and then running San's POV changer - it should see the plugged in joystick.

I have the same problem and never got it to work with the joystick.
So i now use the keyboard.
