If I install the nice four seasons version to my installation of HSFX4.1, will I have compatibility problems if I try to fly a coop using the map with squadmates who do not have it installed?
If so, I guess I'll have to wait for 4.2.

Well ...just 1 reliable way to know : test it !

As the 4 seasons pack is provided as 8 new maps in the list, all players must have them to enter the missions made on them.
