FM policy when 'official' follows mod flyable?
#1

The recent dev update on 4.10 revealed the Hs-129 will - at long last - become a flyable. Presumably, so long as official FMs remain 'sacrosanct' that would spell the end of the modded flyable Hs-129? What if there are significant differences in FM and/or loadouts? For example, it's possible some loadouts will only be available in the mod version - making its retention desirable and justifiable - while the FMs differ - making it awkward having both in the same plane-set. With more updates promised this situation is likely to be more than just a one-off incident.

HUH do you mean would the updated Hs-129 in the new patch make mods for the Hs-129 (i.e. cockpit to make it flyable pre 4.10 & new slot changes ect..) redundant, then in short Yes, I think!. But we wont know till it comes out and then it will be up to the modder's to make changes to there mod packs to remove mods that effect the Hs-129, but if something not quite right with the updated Hs-129 then I'm shore some enterprising modder will do some thing about it.

Or the old modded Hs-129 could be assigned to a new slot like when new modded planes are created to "fix" the old stock planes.
