U need to activate the sound mod before the switcher HSFX and it works perfectly

This was not what I hoped for,I losted sound on the Bf-109G when I used flaps at takeoff and did not get it back til I raised the flaps and did a fly-by.
Maybe when all the bugs are worked out.

Hi Guys,

I seems to be having some trouble with this mod too. I'm running HSFX 4.1 and after installing Tiger33's mod, according to all his instructions, my game is now totally mute. Any ideas? I set up my conf.ini as per the readme but I notice that, after I've tried the game, when I got back to the conf.ini file the sound settings automatically revert to how they were before I installed the mod.

*EDIT* Ok, fixed the above...my bad.

However, I have noticed that I have lost all my radio chatter and a few other odd sounds (tire squeak upon landing)...is this normal?

Do you need to add those lines to the conf.ini? I don't have those exact lines in my setup.

I would like to download this mod but I've still got the basic "mod setup" ie BEFORE HSFX and Ultrapack!

I ventured as far as the Unified Installer v 1.1!

Any "tricks" for me to perform?

Same here. I'm useing the English sound mod presently. The lines that need to be edited in the conf.ini don't exist in my setup. I say again, do these lines need to be added or am I out of luck with my current setup? Thanks.

Thought I would wait and see what the real deal is. After a number of D/l from the filefront site, I get the following messages when I test in WinRar.

! C:\Documents and Settings\Jeff\My Documents\Downloads 2010\New Folder\UV2 Final.rar: CRC failed in UV2 Final\Files\Samples\centaurus_1000.wav. The file is corrupt
! C:\Documents and Settings\Jeff\My Documents\Downloads 2010\New Folder\UV2 Final.rar: CRC failed in UV2 Final\Files\Samples\xR-3350_2000.wav. The file is corrupt


Still trying for the CHK6 file, it is somewhat slower that the other. Will edit findings here.

File from megaupload & Check 6 are fine. Now to figure out the buttons thing!

I d/l the button file fix you mentioned FZ, but no change on the P38's. I still get Null when I try to use them, other than that, the sounds are awesome.
