Well, seems it kinda isn't. Unlike "hard nose" B-25G/H, they will not strafe ships, which was kinda the whole point! 
D-5/D-20/J-22 will bomb ships, and will strafe land targets, but for some reason they totally ignore ships with their guns. Tested in UP2.0 side by side with B-25Hs in several QMBs. When targeting ships, they behave like the glass nose B-25s.
