One day I was starting hyperlobby and I saw that all the servers went to 4.09, and I only had 4.09b1m
So I wanted to update il2. so I deleted it. and then I wanted to re

If you deleted it you will have search your registry for ubi and or Il-2 stuff anf delete them.
I did that a long time ago... if that doesnt work there is an old post at the zoo (technical help) about 6-7 years old, that I think fixed it for me back then.
Hope you get it fixed.

But I don't have to delete my many missions and tracks right?

I deleted everything from il2, except my missions, tracks, and skins. But it is still not working :-?

If you still have them, back them up, and uninstall if you can, or delete evreything and start fresh. (empty your trashcan and reboot first just to be sure)
Shoukld be able to reinstal then.

but I think i deleted il2fb.exe, so I can't uninstall it.

Ok, then delete everything (after you back-up skins, missions, ect.
Then do a regedit for anything named Il2 (under ubi, be carefull if you have other ubi games inrtalled not to delete them)

allright I deleted everything from il2
And now it is installing further!
