I was wondering if there is anyway to convert IL-2 Ntracks to a Windows Media player compatible format or something like that.

No. You need to record the ntrk file reproduced in game, with programs like FRAPS.

Ntrk files cannot be converted to multimedia files.

You have to play the track and capture the video with fraps. The NTRK files are just files that tell aircraft's place, speed, heading and every other information.

Try to make the videos half size, no full size.
