I had IL-1946, 4.09m patched.
What should I do to get the 6DOF with 4.09m ? I have installed successfully with 4.08m.
Can you tell me what step to be done to fly online with 6DOF. I read (The link is inoperative) and (The link is inoperative) but still don't know how.
Any help will be appreciated very much !

And what is 4.09bm, 4.09.b1m ?

Ok I'm not sure but I thought 5% was sound..

If you did this:
1:Install IL-2 1946
2:Install 4.09m Patch
The game should work at this point, if not you may need to re-download the patch (or game if you have the electronic version).
If you want you could then do this
3:Install UP 2.0

That should be a perfect install.

Also when you reinstall stuff make sure to delete the game folder after uninstalling to be sure you got rid of all the files.
UP 2 comes with JSGME and a host of great mods that you can easily install using JSGME including 6dof.
If you do it that way you won't need to do any manual installations.

I'v not tried to install 6dof without UP 2.0 before so I can't really help you there. If you have the inclination to download the HUGE up 2.0 that's your best bet.

6DoF does not work with 4.09m. You need to have one of the mod packs, HSFX or UP, installed to enable it.

OK, I managed to install UP successfully, following the instructions. Adding "6 DOF" to the right column in JSGME, but why can't I zoom or move left, right, forward in the cockpit ? :???: :???: :???: It's not 6 DOF right ? what did i miss ?

Once you have 6DoF enabled using JSGME, you need to turn off "gunsight view" (Sft/F1) in order for the zoom, etc., to work.
Inside your game's folder there should be another folder containing readmes for the various mods- there should be one in there for 6DoF.
