The purpose of this package is to improve the worst stock building textures of the game.
Its meant to be used with my 'Default Map Upgrade pack', so I packaged the two together this time.

AND

Default Map Upgrade pack v3
for IL-2 Sturmovik 1946 4.09b1m or later

________________________________________________

This map pack upgrades many map textures with more realistic or interesting ones. The result is a more immersive, colorful scenario. I tried to use the newer Slovakia and especially Romania textures a lot, because they're much more realistic then some of the old ones.
The pack also inludes separate high clouds layers. I prefer to have the dense version on most maps.

Important: these map mods work only in 'Perfect' mode without problems.

Bugs : Fort alexander is wrong.

Alexander fort is a historical monument. Why change textures into Slovakian ruins textures ?
And it is the same thing for Kronstadt buildings ? Sorry, I don't understand the relevance of this relooking ... relook to relook is absurd.

Hi mate!

Take a little consideration please:

You show us the fort at the present, Vpmadia reskin it like could be in '40 years condition!

I like it as he reskin because I feel it more historical than previous and stock one!

Like said in most post if you don't like a mod then don't install...or try to make a better one!!!

cheers

Walter_solito : It's wrong. Alexander fort always was the same aspect : giant pink stone, and not little gray stone.

Vpmedia, will you happy if someone create a red Buda castle (Budai V

This mod is optional!

I wont use a pink castle, historic or not, mainly because I used this in many missions as generic fort.
Plus as I said before revert to the original.

Btw I dont understand why are you so emotional about this issue,
in fact you could correct it yourself instead of complaining like a little girl...
