Finnish AA
#1

I read somewhere that during the Winter War sometimes the Finns would load some AA guns with magnesium filled/coated shells, so that when they exploded they emitted a white blinding light rather than the dull red. I'm not sure whether you can blind an AI pilot, but it would be cool to have anyway Smile

And one more thing, if at all possible could the file be a zip file not .rar, please Smile

this might be possible with a new artillery piece. and i was thinking of the effects included with the silverplate b-29s with the atomic bombs.....when the bomb goes off the whole screen flashes white. maybe this could be incorporated with this flak if it goes off within a certain distance of your airplane.

big problem is, however, i HIGHLY doubt the AI can be modeled to be blinded. 8) :-?

This effect would'nt be that hard to create.. that's not the problem..

The real problem would be to get it actually on an artillery piece - a new one - specialised for this.
And - indeed, it would not affect the AI (yet?)

I have never heard of this kind of flak, I suppose this was used at night only? Or was it so bright that it was used during daytime aswell? Smile
