You can't convert the ntrk file, the reason is that it is not a video file. It is a "text file" which tells the game what happens. Should someone just record the video with fraps?

Just untick the own camera views or whatever it is and disable in-game text.

You can delete the file and when you have a close look at the last message when the plane exploded you can see who's the pilot :wink:

You can't, they're the videos which are recommended, featured or has something to do with any word in the name/description of the video.
