hey guys, i installed hyperlobby sometime ago but when i tried to join a game, it said that my version was older. so i patched it to 1946 with 4.09m but now when i try to join a game, the splash still comes up for 1.2 and it gives the same error. any suggestions?

ui 1.2 and 4.09 aren't compatible, leastaways it takes some effort to do, and I personally can't remember how. Ehm.. Sorry mate.

np. i dont have up 2.0 btw. shud that pose a problem too?

You need to a brand new install, seeming you patched 4.09m over the top of Ui1.2, you game shouldn't even start normally now.
In other words your install is buggered up big time.

nope didnt do that. i dunno, it seems as it the hyperlobby thingy isnt reading my game file. anyway i can reset the file path for hyperlobby?

From HL manual:

7. LOCATING THE GAME INSTALATION FOLDER

When you try to connect to a game room, HL may pop up the game-location dialog. This happens when HL is not properly set up or cant automatically detect the game location. This dialog can be forced by pressing CTRL+SHIFT and left-clicking on the CONNECT button.
