Im currently playing flatspinman' s Luftwaffe pilot campaigns. Iv merged them all into one big static campaign. I was wondering if there are any other campaigns out there which follow one pilots career?

So, maybe a stupid question, but, how did you merged those ??

I'd like myself to merge the Italian Stronghold campaigns into one and the same would go for Poltava's Raging Eagles campaigns, at least if I knew how to do this.

Copy all the .mis files and all the .properties files and paste them into one of the campaign folders, preferably the first one. Then open campaign.ini and simply put the names of all the missions there in chronological order. Voila! Your three or four campaign will now play as one.

PS. Are the two campaign you mentioned good?

I completed the first part of Italy Stronghold, and so far I kindda like it, it's just that I don't like the MC-202 Folgore, fast fighter in a straight line and a little more agile than the BF-109, but not enough Firepower. Nown the MC-205 Veltro is much better in my opinion, instead of flying the Folgore, I prefer the MC-200 Saetta or the Veltro. As for the part one of the Italy Stronghold, it's a good fight, mostly happening in Africa, about the Desert ( obviously ). At least I do like it myself.

As for the Raging Eagles, I completed the first two parts of this one. You fight in the ranks of Imperial Japanese Army over Asia, starting with China, then the Nomonhan Incident, then back to China again, with the KI-27 Nate, then in part two, it starts with the invasion of Singapore, followed with Indochina ( now Indonesia for the Japanese oil supplies ) and next thing you go for Burma, a little west of Thailand. Flying this time with the KI-43 Hayabusa. I haven't played part 3 though so far.

I'm still pretty sure the Stronghold Italy part 2 will be really fun, the last missions were flying the Veltro, against Spitfires, now this made lots of fun. But you really should play the Raging Eagle with the New Japanese Awards Mod, it makes it even more worthwhile. In anycase, I really enjoy flying the Italian and Japanese Fighters, because of all those aerobatics you can do with them, especially those from the Japanese Imperial Army, great fun, but I didn't enjoyed using the KI-27/KI-43 Gunsight too much, so I switched to open cockpit on these two planes.

Thanks for the info, I'll sure try it ASAP. Big Grin

I'm trying this on the Raging Eagles Campaign, it seems to be doing fairly, but, it takes a while to make sure it works all on a 103 missions campaign, a really big one to play. I'm still looking forward to try it on, there was plenty of confusion when I tried it, but, I think things got clear enough for me to finally make my own campaigns, a big thanks. Big Grin
