I can't get Kurland Map to load or the Murmansk Map to load,when i want to fly those campaigns in UP 2.0n

are you trying to play a dynamic DGEN campaign?
because then you will first need to buy the "Ostfront" official addon pack. works this way officially. never was different, has nothing to do with mods.
you should be able to open the maps in FMB though or play any static campaign made for them.
