What would be the "proper" model of Bong's P-38 when he got a new one after his was written off (Aug-Sept 43)? I've got the H and about 5 different versions of the J installed.

Pretty exciting campaign so far. Never have to wait too long for the action to start, that's a plus!!

Im brand new to playing the sp campaigns and Im loving this one...(I mostly play coop.) Im reading Aces High right now so this is especially fun.

One issue:
I seem to have one problem with the campaign saving after the 3rd or 4th mission (as 2nd LT)....it's not letting me save. I think Im missing the trigger somehow as I am shooting down enemy and landing safely at the red airfield base, (home?) Its the mission where the video says Mar 13 43 if I remember correctly. However, the briefing says March 3, 1943....Is it not moving the missions forward maybe? I dunno - sry newbie

I was reading today when Bong was flying cover for a downed pilot in the jungle around the 10 kill mark and he strafed a "nearby" crocodile...I wonder how close it was lol....maybe for v.4? good times

I'll look into this tonight. When I did the campaign I didn't understand some of the victory conditions. Funny no one else has mentioned this.

The problem is with the last waypoint in the 4th (Bong53) and 5th (Bong54) missions.

Do you know how to use the Full Mission Builder?

If you do then go in and find your flight in those missions (Bong53 and Bong54) and go to the last waypoint. Choose normal fly and then landing. Do the same for the next mission as it is also wrong.

If you don't know how to use the FMB then I can send you the corrected missions and if you know where they go (missions/campaigns/US/AceOfAces3_0) and replace the missions.

If you don't know how to do any of those things I will upload America's Ace of Aces 3.1 but you will lose you career to date I believe and will have to start over.

Sorry somehow the last way point in those missions got messed up.

Ok, back on track...mission 6 turned EPIC!!! Shot down a betty and 3 zeros ; ran out of ammo but my last burst hit the last zero and turned him into a fireball >>> flew home with a fuel tank leak and a hard on YEAH
