2. advanced management of fuel tanks - a mod which allow us to manage of interior fuel tanks by changing switch position. I think everybody know what I'm talking about

Yes. More communication and realistic response would be great.
Yes. This mod already exists with the fuel tank management but I can't remember who the creator is or where to get it.

I searched for it but couldn't find it. Perhaps it was only a beta mod? I can't remember.
