Ok, just to be fore-warned the following reply will contain a deviation into historical accuracy:

I'm certain that would be a no, I mean yellow and tan in a jungle? You might as well just light a flare and bellow to the enemy "Here we are! Come and get us!"
I believe that RAF planes in the Far-East wore a dull green colour.

Don't think of me as someone who doesn't like inaccurate colour schemes (historically speaking) I think that colour scheme is wicked.
