Odd Problem
#1

Last night I tried joining a coop with some friends, all of us using HSFX 4.11. The host had Zuti mod 1.12 disabled in JSGME, so I disabled my in order to be compatible. When i tried launching the game I got a crash to desktop at 70% loading. If I re-enabled Zuti, the game loaded OK but then I was no longer able to join the server.
I eventually was able to join by running from a separate install I had of UP, switched to HSFX mode.
Any idea what might have caused this to happen?

I've read of some people having 70% CTD with Zuti active, but not the opposite...turning it off. Usually, 70% CTD is caused by problem with added objects and .ini edits.

Did you have other mods enabled?

Yes, but I get CTD at 70% regardless if there are other mods enabled. I even tried disabling my entire Mods folder by adding "-" and it still crashes on loadup if Zuti is disabled. Weird.
I also tried disabling everything in JSGME, enabling vanilla 4.09m (which loaded OK) disabling 4.09 and re-enabling just HSFX, and it crashed at 70%.

So. It seems no one has an answer for this one?

Hi,

I have had the same problem in trying to join a couple different servers lately. This happens will HSFX 4.11 but previously with HSFX 4.1, I had no trouble. This is something I am interested in solving.

It's not a big issue for me because my squadron has its own HyperLobby server, but it would be nice to join something else once in a while.
