Roundel Fix?
#1

I have noticed the countries of Denmark, Sweden, German democratic republic, and some others don't work.
As well I don't have their D.XXI Variants (only others can).

I run Il2 1946 with HSFX 4.11 and EFFECTS HIGH,Prefect map textures, carrier + ZDI mod, and cloud mod.

Download link doesn't work, but that's is alright.

Installation guide and guide to how to make planes flyable would be much needed.

Hi, Tom

For the benefit of readers, how did you fix it?

I don't use this mod, I think that it was created for AAA Unified Installer, it's a beta.
HSFX 4.2 I have no information, it will available when 4.10 patch released.

Hello, in a similar vein, I have just installed standard HSFX 4.0 (checksummed as perfect) installed on a clean & pathced to 4.09 1946 install; and I have noticed that some of the national markings have strange bars/stripes in a hazey/half visible with high angular reflexivity extending from the the outside of the markings. I have st3 comp enabled, & antialising enabled.
Although I'm using a Dell Inspron 6400 (from 2006/2007) with 945GM (equal to Geforce MX4/5) chipset. It doesn't really bother me though so long as I could locate the additional HSFX A/C skin folders to input 'marked' skin. Just wondering if any others have similar probs and any possible fixes?

...that's the thing I'd like to see on countless other websites around the WWW: don't just go and tell "I fixed it!", tell us how, you moth#*+~§$%&/!"...
Nothing personal, I only wish more people would keep that mind... :|

I will get a picture up soon, can't right now as the Coffee shop whose wifi I'm raping will shut soon; that and my battery is almost down to auto shutdown. Spoken example though of 'bleeding' lines, between Geshwader Chevron & Balken Kreuz, US badge & Number, through to cockpit rears, and rougly along position of front and rear spars from edges of wing badges. will post some pics in a day or so.

Here's some pics, to show some of what I meant; since yesturday, I flew some qmb's with different A/C & tried most countries, it affects (for me) most of them, appart from Syria, RYAK, JKAR & Egypt (and some others I didn't test). Also the Nordic countries don't show up.

It appears on fusalages at different angles and not at short range viewing, where as wings show cit closer up. I think is something to do with the the insignia decals background colour/alpha layers, and thinking as in a skinning methodology, they sometimes look akin to guide lines/placement markers. Oh and for the the ROK/South Korean markings just appear as a solid white decal area on fuz and wings.
I am using HSFX 4, mods enabled are... Hsfx History Mod, Dgen Offline Campaigns (Hsfx), 02_Zuti_DSMod_v0.8, Perfect Map Textures & Advanced Engine Management.

It's very strange.
I use HSFX 4.11, and I don't have that problem.
But I don't use 02_Zuti_DSMod_v0.8 use, Perfect Map Textures & Advanced Engine Management
