[MOD] Realistic fire
#1

Hello, I have created a mod you guys might like.
This mod is meant to work with Socorrista's Cinema Special FXs MOD. It has full compatibility with it. I have not tested it on other FX mods, but I am sure it would work.

Well, enough chatter, here it is  :

Two questions: Does this have any conflicts with Vas Stuka effects? Does it work with 4.10m SAS modded install?
Otherwise it looks good!!!

I know it works with SAS 4.10, but not sure about Stuka's.

Here's some appetizers,

May I ask a silly question? When I open this I get a Mod within a Mod folder..I assume that means that this will show up in my game "Mod" folder as "Mod" ?Right?
Looks great I can't wait to see it in action! Confusedhock:

It may seem weird, I use SAS2.5b, and this is my directory,

C:\Ubisoft\IL-2 Sturmovik 1946 MOD\MODS\MODS\3do\Effects\Textures

Yours could be different.

MODS/MODS/3do, why? Shouldn't it be MODS/Mod name/3do?

EDIT:
Yo dawg, we put a mods folder inside your mods folder so you can install mods while you install mods.

Did you created that mod? It looks like you have to say that you modified the Socorrista's Fire_Smoke_effect mod (one of my lovely ones)...

He just changed the fire.

I only created the fire. the fire was created from the default fire. Just added some effects and shading to the flame.

The smoke is not made by me, and is not included in the mod.
