We've rented a minecraft server from multiplay.com. It's running Beta 1.2_02 with hMod build 134,
give command is disabled but warps etc. work. Mobs are ON.

Rules:
§1: No griefing is allowed.
§2: One is not allowed to spawn materials and products via the /item function.
§3: In people's houses there are storages, which are private.
§4: Mining with TNT is allowed.
§5: Having fun is mandatory, chat is optional. Be nice.
§6: Do not build your house/castle too close to others without agreement of your neighbour.

Only 8 slots, so far 4 whitelisted players.
