Hello. Can sobebody please tell me when did the RAF change its camouflage colors from brown-green to grey-green?

I've "Googled" around a bit, and found a lot of info here (http://www.hawkertempest.se/ColoursMarkings.htm) about changes from 1944 on, and I know planes during BoB were brown-green, yet I'm not sure from 1941 to 1943.

Around mid 1941 for front line aircraft, but some aircraft manly 4 engine bombers used the same paint schemes throughout the hole war.
