Dose any one know why with some templates when you export them using the bright plugin for photoshop they end up like below?

Only way I have found to fix this is to copy all the layers from the template I'm having problems with in to a new template. It doesn't take long to do this, its just annoying when you work on a skin to find it dose that.
It's got to be some setting or something saved in the template its self, but what I don't know.
