Has anybody ever thought of mod for controlling the brightness of gunsight crosshair? This would be very useful especially during the night time.
And in real life pilots could switch the crosshair on/off and the brightness was adjustable. I have often wondered why this feature has not been included in the original game.

Only way to adjust them now is to use ctrl+d to put the sunglass in front of it.

I think it was discussed, but it wouldn't be possible to change the transparency of the gunsight texture on the fly.

If it would be possible and it was made to work, yes please.
