I just changed my config.ini and the game is beautiful but the fonts in FMB and the game are messed up little blocks. I understand it has something to do with the ATI drivers in Windows 7.

Does anyone have the solution?

AFAIK this has been fixed since Catalyst 10.11 or something alike.
Any actual 11.x should do the trick. If you're using an AGP card, better stick with 10.12 or 11.2 since never versions are prone to cause a reboot loop after installation, leaving you with nothing but system restore point (if you have one) or complete OS reinstallation.
