Hi I installed 4.101 and UP 3 and there is a setting for "maximum ram usage" what am I supposed to use this for?

I have 2 gb of ram on a Win XP 32 machine with a 1GB GTX 460 nvidia card.

Since I just installed this right now it is set at 128mb. Should it be higher and if so why or why not?

I dont know what this setting is for.
I just installed the package late last night and there is a slider for ram usage by the game I guess, and it goes from 128mb to 4 gb or something. And there is no explanation on where to set it and why.

Hi Tarnsman,

if you only have 2 GB RAM then 128 MB is right!

The best is you have 4 GB RAM or more!

With 4 GB RAM or more you select: 4GB & 512 MB in the selector!

With Win XP and 2 GB RAM you have to select at best performance:

128 MB! Thats all and thats right!
