Is there a really, really basic Smoke and Fire effects mod pack that only affects the engine fires on aircraft?

I am trying to work out how to possibly get more realistic smoke into the original IL2 and for this reason it can't have all the bells and whistles of Uranium or Plutonium effects, it has to be just an engine smoke and fire (maybe oil smoke/leak too) effect but that is all. It can't have ground explosions, fuel explosions, it really is just a very simple smoke and fire effect for aircraft that would replace the original 'staircase smoke effect (horizontal straight lines) and maybe make the Orange ball fire effect be more realistic looking.

Has anyone ever seen a really simple, basic smoke mod that affects just the aircraft only and is very FPS friendly in comparison to the big effects packs?

If anyone has one or could consider making one could they please link to it here?

You can download only the smoke effect if you want only it ;o)

It's FPS friendly, I use it for a while, very nice effect.
