I have obtained permission from Ian to mak a custom map for a SEOW campaing with his Sakishima map as base.

I want to increase the amount water on all sides.

I have never build a map before and have played around with the "Map building Guide V4".

I have been able to extract the map from the .SFS file but what do I need to do?

Can I open all the grafic files in GIMP and increase the canvas!?
Or are the a lot more to it?

Hi,
Is explained in this guide by kevinp under "MAP2D_BIG":
viewtopic.php?f=70&t=14643

You need also a "load.ini" of this map for the [MAP2D_BIG] entrys, but dont know where you can ca get it! Maybe Kevinp has one!

I am indeed new.
I have been looking for a while but been to scared to do somthing serious.
It all look so complex and confusing.
My expertice in computers comes from making them run and troubleshooting and researching for campaign have taken all my non-flying time.
But now my needs exceeds what have been made by the modding sociaty ill jump right in, hoping to make something good :-?
