Here are a full repaint I did for Deutschmark's new F14 into the markings of squadron VX-4 Evaluators







To install;
Just unzip with folder names on inside the ( F14SKIN2 ) folder
You will find the ( VX-4 Evaluators ) folder just put that right into
Your F14:Tomcat Skins folder then fallow the how to use read
Me and you be good to go.

no the evaluators were a test squadron that tested new missiles and equipment on the fighters such as the sidewinder missile before they are put into operational sevice
