This isn't a repaint. What you get is a set of extra building blocks for airfields so you can make your own, which requires you to get into map editing and therefore you will need to unlock the FMB. As far as I'm aware, these plates won't appear in the standard editor but will appear in game if they're installed and you load a map which has them placed on it.

This mod does not replace anything. If your map has been built with grass, sand, dirt, concrete, or any other type of surface, those parts are left untouched, so they appear as the map creator intended.

So the answer is no, I can't make them appear all the time.

some one helppppp. i installed the mod and put in mods folder and added the part to the static and saved it.
