These are a lot of the CK ground objects, textures and ambient sounds for making CK maps/ scenery's with.
You will need to use the VSF for CK exe to be able to make a CK map.
Also fallow the creating scenery tutorials for making a CK map/ scenery here;

Just unzip with folder name on and inside the carry folder will be all the sub folders with lost of stuff in them.

Deutschmark, do I add the CKGOs to the sim it self? Or, is it just for mission building? If I add them to the core game, where do they belong? Thanks.

Ok, Thanks Deutschmark. Having a great time with the Beta 2. Didn't know I could view under water 'till I watched my crashed HB W29 go down. Pretty neat.
