This is interesting. My opinion is that these 'hybrid' aircraft are a great idea for immersion in a campaign as ai enemies or allies, but not really any good for someone with a desire to fly the aircraft. Flying the Hurricane/Kate hybrid is not getting anyone nearer to flying a Fairy Battle. But this does show that there is still a lot of room for future mods of this game...hopefully. The ultimate dream is to get aircraft like the Meteor and Spit XIV flyable...
