No, this is what it is, a way to arrange the aircraft list in a historical fashion that suits me. I did this for my own personal "off-line" enjoyment and decided to share my knowledge with others.

Why do you ask? If it's because your looking for some "cloaking device" to increase you on-line tally then your talking to the wrong guy in the wrong shop.
If you want to test it out just say so and I'll pm you a link like I did for Phillip and Scharnhorst. I'm not keen on putting it forward as a mod until it's the way I want it...
No, he hasn't downloaded any of the mods at all yet whatsoever. He just wants to find out if we are making mods to use in cheating obviously. The question shows this behavior very clearly but will be denied for sure.
