Thanks Jolly. One of the things I liked about this place was the suportive and respectful attitude that everyone was adopting. I think it is a good idea to remove those who do not behave in such a manner. Not because their opinion is distasteful, but rather because their manners interpersonal skills are lacking.

say what you want, just say it in a way that wouldn't make piss you off if it was coming your way.
