I'm affraid no. You can save your color profile in graphic setting tab, but I havn't found any way to retreive it in form of a file. Can't find it in any directory. If anyone knows when it could be stored, then I would be happy as you are. For now, you have to experiment with your own settings. All from first post was edited with same curve in photoshop, and this curve I can give you to use in photoshop and check it.

download, put in some folder (might me in photoshop), open some screen in photoshop, put new adjustment layer/curves, klick load and open il2.acv, and ok. You can look how curve looks by selecting separate color channels (red/blue/green) in curve editing pop up. Then when you know how it looks, you can do same curves in your graphic tab.
