Hi everybody!
I would like to know if it is ever impossible to open CRIMEA map with map editor ?
Nobody find the solution to open big map ?

Follow the tips from early in this thread.
Back up your actors.static file
Then make a blank actors.static in notepad -- literally a blank file named actors.static

This worked for me in opening the Singapore files which I used for Northeast France
