If its 'close enough' its 'good enough'. Looking at it another way, I imagine that there are more than a few FM's already in the game, officially at that, not quite close to true specs, in some regards at least.
Yet we all accepted them as they were, infact we even paid to have them like that...
Personally I cannot wait for this machine; night time bombing raids on Berlin etc - brilliant
As a side thought - to back up the use of the Pe-8's WL/DM/FM, the use of the big 5000 kg bomb - could simulate a Grand Slam (if it is only half the weight
