What'd I do? HELP!!!
#3

Hi JAYPACK44,

I am no expert but since no one else has replied I will tell you what I did when I had a similar problem, basically everything started to go to s**t, but I solved it although I repeat, I am useless with pc's.

Do a full system restore, to the point BEFORE YOU DID THIS. Every time you download somthing, your pc makes a 'restore point'. Go into system tools, restore, you should get a calendar with the dates that you can restore. Start with the eariest date, it takes five minutes to restore your pc, if that restore still has the same issue, KEEP ON restoring your system, I had to go back like 2 weeks, i lost practically no stuff, ie i had 99% & problem was sloved.

I'm sorry if this is something that you already new or did, but since there was no reply, i'm just trying to help with my own expirience.....good luck

Restoring will not damage your pc at all, and you will always be able to restore to your original point if your not happy.....

Happy new year to all.

THX
