Theoretically there are two ways head bob could be modified. Given that it varies between aircraft it may be possible to make adjustments (the difference in movement between gunsight views would also suggest that it is arbitrary, ie. not calculated from the pilot's position vs. the center of motion). The other way would be in the code that creates the movement. I am not sure if either of these can be edited as I haven't looked.
