i mean why is XP better to use than Vista, to be clear on this , I don't have a preference , just want the game to play at his best.

Still better framerates in XP than in Vista. Less issues with slightly older hardware in XP. Drivers for older hardware under Vista are not a priority for hardware manufacturers.
