Conflict is caused by mod that alters german gunsight reticles. Try delete all files in subfolders ..\3do\Cockpit\FW-190A-8 (-A9, -D9, -D9Late) and leave only these :
Bf109F2ReticleGlow.tga
Bf109F2ReticleHighlight.tga
Reticle.mat
ReviReticle.tga
then instal "no bar mod"
Worked for me, but what were doing those deleted files ...?
