download the complete com folder and the all.ini that i use (link above).
If this does not work now I do not know any other solution.
Again:
copy the folder "com" into your "files" (in root folder of the Il2 game)
the all.ini goes to files/maps/
I have difficulties to prove the method without knowing your folder structure in Il2.
additional question that may help: which mod- installation do you use? HSFX, UP2.0, anything else?
