If you have a reasonable-to-good upload speed, you could run HFS (Http File Server). It allows you to make a folder available online. When you give the URL, login and password to the person(s) it is meant for, you should be safe as houses.

Hey, and Thanks for the URL to the HFS System. It seems that all I have to do is Run that HFS program, then Put the ACG/OSS Campaign in one zipped folder with in the program, and It will give me a link people can use to download it. Specificly the AAA Admin such as Mr. Jolly. ( Unzipped I wouldn't doubt it [with the skins, music, and details] if the campaign was like 30-50 Megs.
