i got the files split for you to edit the volume on just the HIT part:

included is a readme with simple instructions on how to create your own volume edited exp2_54_1.wav and exp3_11.wav .
edit HIT.wave volume to your liking
right click on HIT.wave and go > open with > choose program.
pick "sound recorder accessory" from the list
(this will add "sound recorder accessory" to your right click menu so you can have it there handy
now that you have HIT.wave opened with sound recorder
you can increase/ decrease volume of wave files
by going on the top menu > Effects > decrease volume.
click it ones and it will decrease the volume of the wave file by 25%. keep clicking it untill you get it the way you want. SAVE IT
now, play HIT.wave and the little progress bar will move to the end and leave it right there.
now go on top menu: Edit > Mix with file > exp3_11.wav (NOT INSERT FILE)
and save it as exp3_11.wav now you have your new volume reduced file.
do the same with exp2_54_1.wav
you can increase or decrease volume on wichever of the 3 files to make it just perfect for your system.
