Hummm, it is integrated in the full weapons tweaks mod from Josse.... don't just change smokes, but also ammo power tweaking.....

It was just to show that is is possible....... so, some modder could surely do the same, i think.....

So its been done, and integrated into another mod... Which means nothing to this request, only that it's been proven possible...
